Adecco is seeking Collection Representatives in Whiteville, NC for a long-term temp to perm opportunities. Collection Representatives collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures. Responsibilities for Collection Call Center Representatives include the following:
Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives.
Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management.
Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay.
Navigate and interpret various screens and relay information to clients accurately and professionally.
Determine cause of delinquency and best course of action to assist delinquent customer.
Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
High School Diploma or GED
Must have high speed internet at home for possibly future work at home opportunities
At least one year of recent collection's experience.
Good communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Good computer skills and Data Entry.
Work hours are Monday - Friday, working anytime between 8am and 9pm and occasional weekends.
This is a long-term temp to hire position.
Hours:
You must be available from 8am to 9pm. One week you would work 8am to 5pm, next week 9am to 6pm, next week 10am to 7pm and so on. You will know you schedule weeks in advance.
Starting pay $15.00 per hour
